Returns, Refunds and Replacement

We hope you are happy with your order from us, if anything you have ordered does not live up to expectations, please follow the instructions below within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Software

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason (e.g. you have already downloaded the software and obtained a key).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We will only consider a refund or replacement if the item is faulty or damaged at time of delivery. Incorrect items will be exchanged. Please contact our customer support team on +44 (0)203 355 6804 for further advice.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted after 28 days from delivery. Please do not return any item until you have been in contact with or support team. Return your item in the original packaging. The customer support team will send you details of the return process.
You are responsible for any items returned until they reach us. Please allow 14 days for any refund or replacement to be processed

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be actioned through the payment method you paid through when you purchased the item being refunded.  If you paid using a credit or debit card through, you will receive a full refund minus the gateway processing costs. If you have an account with us, a credit will be issued to your account.

Delivery charge refund

We will only refund any delivery charge if you have contacted us according to the returns process above and if it is faulty, damaged or incorrectly received. We regret that any items returned using “Special Delivery” or “Signed For” services will not be refunded over and above the normal delivery charges. If you are returning a large or heavy parcel our customer services team may be able to arrange to have this collected. This charge will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If customer services agree to an exchange, and the new item is cheaper, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, customer services will arrange the collection of the difference.

Returns address

Customer services will advise the return point when you contact them.  This will be a UK address.
